Best of Nashville

Ever since we went to Nashville a few years ago, it has been one of our favorite cities! Whether you're going to be there for a quick weekend stay, or have more time to experience it all, we think these are the places you should make sure are on your list!

Best Breakfast Spot

Hannah's Pick - Loveless Cafe - Start with a scenic drive, eat as many biscuits as possible, and don't forget to stop at the shops on your way out. Definitely worth the drive!

Katy's Pick - Five Daughter’s Bakery - 100 LAYER DONUTS! The best donuts I’ve ever had...the vanilla malted milkshake is a must try.

Best Lunch Spot

Hannah's Pick- Jack’s BBQ - Right in the heart of Broadway, Jack’s has amazing BBQ and a great selection of sauces to test out.

Katy's Pick- Mas Tacos - The shrimp tacos are killer and the elote is great. Top it off with horchata.

Best Dinner Spot

Hannah's Pick- The Pharmacy - The farm burger is so good. The second best burger I’ve ever eaten (and I’ve tried a lot).

Katy's Pick- Hattie B’s - Nashville Hot Chicken is a MUST and Hattie B’s is the place to get it. It’s a kind of spicy I’ve never had anywhere else and it will keep your sinuses clear for weeks.

Best Afternoon Snack Spot

Biscuit Love - We both agree that the Bonuts at Biscuit Love aren’t just great for breakfast, they’d make a fantastic snack too. Located in the trendy Gulch area there is plenty of shopping nearby to help you walk off your snack.

Best Coffee Stop

Frothy Monkey - One of the best coffee shops we’ve ever been to! You have to try their seasonal latte. Stopping here for your morning coffee makes you feel like a real local.

Best Activity

Hannah's Pick- Blue Bird - Enjoy a great laid back show and some pretty good food. Hearing the stories behind the songs is very interesting and you never know who might show up!

Katy's Pick- Murals - Nashville is not only the city of music but also the city of murals. Look them up and then spend a few hours going around to see them all. The artwork is fantastic and they make for pretty cool photo ops!

Nashville is such a cool city and has so much to offer, especially on the food front! We hope you get a chance to visit and enjoy these places as much as we have.
